Men's and Women's Alpine Ski Finish Third at Regionals, Book Return Trip to USCSA Nationals

QUEENSBURY, N.Y.—The Babson College men's and women's alpine ski teams are headed back the United States Collegiate Ski and Snowboard Association (USCSA) national championships after finishing third at regionals over the weekend at West Mountain.

The Beavers placed third in Saturday's slalom and followed it up with a second-place showing in the giant slalom on Sunday to earn the program's third consecutive national championships berth. The Green and White came in third in both the slalom and the GS on the men's side to set up its 11th consecutive trip to nationals.

The USCSA National Championships will be held at Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid, N.Y., on March 6-9. The Babson women tied for fifth place and the men came in sixth in last year's event at Mount Bachelor in Bend, Ore.
