Replay of Babson Baseball vs. Trinity (2019 NCAA Hartford Regional Final)
December 10, 2020The second game in our fall replay series featured the Babson College Baeball team facing Trinity College in a winner-take-all championship game of the 2019 NCAA Tournament Hartford Regional. The Beavers scored six runs in the top of the fifth inning on their way to defeating the Bantams, 10-3, to advance to the NCAA Super Regionals for the first time in school history. -

Why I Came Back: Baseball's Matthew Valente
September 24, 2020The final feature in our series highlighting the seven spring student-athletes that have returned to Babson to attend graduate school while competing in their respective sport is written by Matthew Valente (Wyckoff, N.J.). A three-year starter at first base for the baseball program, Valente began classes in late August and is enrolled in the Master of Science in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership program. He is scheduled to earn his degree in May. -
Why I Came Back: Baseball's Michael Nocchi
September 16, 2020The third of four Class of 2020 baseball graduates that has returned to campus to further their education this fall, Michael Nocchi (Manasquan, N.J.) is enrolled in the Master of Science in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership program. Nocchi, who began his graduate coursework in late August, returned to the field with his teammates for the first practice of the 2020-21 campaign last week. He is scheduled to earn his graduate degree in May. -

September 14, 2020One of four 2020 graduates from the Babson baseball program back on campus this fall, Kingston, Mass., native William Gallagher made the decision over the summer to further his education while using his final year of eligibility on the diamond. Gallagher recently started classes in the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program and is slated to earn his degree in May 2021. -
