  • Study Abroad Feature: Caroline Winicki in Prague
    May 27, 2020
My name is Caroline Winicki, I am a rising senior, and I am from Middlebury, Conn. At Babson, I run cross country and track & field. For part of this past semester, I studied abroad in Prague, Czech Republic. Studying abroad was something I have always wanted to participate in due to the opportunities for cultural immersion and stepping outside my comfort zone. I chose to study in Prague because of its unique culture, central location, and storied history.  Going into my program, I knew no one, spoke only a few Czech words, and was relatively unfamiliar with Czech life. I was thrilled to know that after all of my hard work throughout high school, I would finally be able to attend the school of my dreams. I chose Babson because I wanted to learn how to foster my entrepreneurial spirit and become a compassionate, intelligent, and insightful businesswoman (while continuing my passion for running).

    August 01, 2019
My name is Stephanie Rodriguez and I am currently a rising senior on the Babson cross country and track & field teams. Over the summer, I had the opportunity to intern at Santander Sugar Group, a sugar mill located in Belmopan, Belize. However, my experience at this company was a little bit different than others because this is my family business and this summer it was my turn to experience working alongside with my family.
